Concepts
The concepts included here cover the areas that are important for success with the practices, and include a description of why they are needed and how they might work based on current scientific thinking. Where the how and / or the why are more speculative this is stated clearly.

For convenience of understanding, the concepts are broken down into three main areas and one additional area looking at modern concepts. The three areas are: Meditation; Breathing; and Martial Arts. The additional area is Diet and Exercise.
